May 31st: Another month done on time... but not too much to see

Well at least this month the pictures are from more than two days of the month...

I don't guess I have a whole lot to write about as usual. We've made our travel plans for later in the summer and decided to fix the deck this summer and go see Lyle Lovett this summer and go see The Who this fall and both the Subaru and the Porsche have broken already this Spring so we're doing our best to boost the economy!

What else? We're getting old - Caroline got Shingles and I didn't want her to feel bad about that so I decided to try out Sciatica just so I could whine about something while sho was being stoic... At least we have Lucie (and Buttercup and Cream Cheese and Cheesecake...) to keep us from really getting old...

I've made some progress on Caroline's sewing table, but you'll notice no picture yet. I've stalled momentarily now that I've come to the part where I really have to figure out how to support the sewing machine at just the right height so everything is flush with the table top. I'm sure I'll figure it out any day now...

Anyway enjoy the pictures and I'll be back next month.

My horseback riding is getting better and with the good weather I even get to ride outside! I did a science fair project this month (don't ask about the plants at the end of the experiment), and I did a short speech about making a jukebox! I also babysat Quinn's gerbils, Casper and Shadow And I let my own rats go pea fishing so they could make the biggest mess possible!
We've had unseasonably warm and sunny weather this Spring. I haven't convinced Dad to let me get one, but I keep visiting these kittens... Happy Mother's Day! (Dad said I helped get these for Mom, but I don't know what he's talking about...) We've had a couple of birds get sick or injured so I could catch them, but I haven't been able to save them...
We tried to add a lot of color for Harry on his day. Here is my Love Rock 'H' for Harry. This is just Dad trying to be artistic again... This might look like something Dad would have done, but you can thank Mom for the big headed horse...
Rodents on Parade! (That's Eclaire, Cream Cheese, and Chessecake.)
