 What
is that about "in like a lion?" I can't believe we had a
snow day in March!

finally got to come home after spending most of February in the
hospital! |
 Harry
got home just in time to come see me at my Winter Music Program!
Of course, Dad forgot to take off my coat... |
 This
is my friend Rowan. We're not ignoring Daddy, we're just
posing for Rowan's Mom... |
 I
think I still got gypped on the whole birthday thing, but I did
get a few presents when I got home... |
 I
also got a visit from the tooth fairy! I lost the tooth in
the hospital, but apparently Tallulah couldn't find a yellow
paper gown and latex gloves in the right size... |
 I
got a really cool balloon penguin at the Original Pancake House
in Dallas when we had breakfast with Jeff and Brooke (the guy in
the red shirt even made me a second one when the first one
popped on the grass - you can see my penguin later)

 In
Austin, I got Jeff and Brooke and Gwen to work on dragon
pictures (and I got to eat Dunkin Donuts too!) |
 Mad
Dog took us on a walk around the neighborhood. Mommy got a
good work out pushing me up the hills (don't let anyone tell you
Texas is flat!)

 Uncle
Jeff thought I was the greatest, and I couldn't get him to leave
me alone... just look at that expression on his face! |
 Everyone
knows I love birds, but this one was outstanding! |
 Mommy
and Daddy wanted to walk around this Trinity place... I
don't get what the big deal is... |
 They
also dragged us around on the River Walk... the boat ride was
fun but I just wanted to back to the hotel and go to bed so we
could go to... |
 Sea
World! We got to see the orcas!

goodness we didn't sit in the splash zone for these guys! |
 We
also saw a show called "Azul" which had people in addition to
dolphins, beluga whales, and birds (wait for the animation to
start) |
 We
sat in the splash zone for this show, but we didn't get wet
(wait for the animation on this one too) |
 After
the show, Daddy took my picture with the bird lady from the
show! Maybe I could do this when I grow up! |

missed our chance to get a picture with Shamu, but we got to
pose with the penguin instead! |
 Back
in Austin, Gran and I played with my new penguin, Mdec (don't
ask how I came up with that name) and my blue bird, Blue Belly,
and Gran's penguin, Bushy.

 Daddy
was being silly playing with my stuff and trying to take his own
picture!

 I
also got a bird puppet on this trip and I got Mad Dog to play
with Squawk and Bushy before we left for Dallas.

 This
is my new friend, Bob. We stayed with Bob and Katie and
their kids before we left Texas. |
 They
have a pool! I wish we had a pool! Of course, we
would have to have an indoor pool... |
 But
I really liked the pool! |
 We

outside DFW airport and took a picture for Mommy! |
 A
good time was had by all, but we eventually had to return to
Oregon... |
